Hand-picked bunch by bunch, fermented with its own natural yeast and aged for 15 months in French oak barrels with an extra 24 months in the bottle.
Wine of intense ruby color, nose of candied black fruits, balsamic herbs, cigar cigar and graphite. Dense, silky and warm on the palate.
Very appropriate to pair with recipes with an intense flavor such as stews, game meats or baked lamb. It is recommended to open 30 minutes before serving at a temperature of 16°C.
